• Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit (for example, standard server request logs).

We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising tracking on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your enquiries, scope and deliver projects, and improve this website. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Storage and sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers we rely on to run the business — for example, the providers that host our website and handle our email. These providers only process your information on our behalf and to the extent needed to deliver their service.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as needed for our working relationship, to answer your enquiry, or as required by applicable law — and then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing desk@bytemash.studio. We will respond within a reasonable period.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
